Assistant Professorships

The Carnegie Mellon Department of Mathematical Sciences seeks to make a tenure-track appointment in the area of Discrete Mathematics, at the Assistant Professor level. The position will commence in the Fall of 1998. A candidate who can support the Department's educational program in Algorithms, Combinatorics and Optimization is strongly preferred. Applicants should send a vita, list of publications and a statement describing their current and planned research.
