All manuscripts should be written in English, double spaced,
and no longer  than  25 A4/letter-size  pages  including  an
abstract, all text, figures, tables, and reference.  The one
cover page should include: 1)name of conference;  2)title of
the  paper;  3)name,  current  affiliation, postal  address,
email  address, telephone  number, and fax number  for  each
author;  4) name of one designated contact person;  and 5) a
list  of  up  to  eight  keywords   ordered   by  relevancy.
Prospective  authors  are invited  to submit five copies  of
their full paper to:
