Submission
----------
Authors can submit papers by sending two printed copies of the full
paper, each including an abstract on a single (separate) page, and a file
containing the TeX sources of both the paper and the abstract (either by
E-mail to mega96@win.tue.nl, or on a (DOS) diskette addressed by mail).
Alternatively (for researchers with no access to computing equipment or
e-mail), submissions consisting of 3 printed copies of the paper and
abstract will be accepted.
Submissions must be sent
before February 16, 1996,
to Arjeh M. Cohen.
Late submissions will risk rejection without consideration.
* English is the only official language of the Symposium.
* Submission of essentially the same paper elsewhere is not allowed.
* Submissions will be refereed both for presentation at the Symposium
and for inclusion in the Proceedings (to be published after the
Symposium).
The Proceedings will be published as a special issue of
the Journal of Pure and Applied Algebra.
Authors will be notified about acceptance or rejection of their
submissions by the end of April, 1996. Details about submittance of
final versions of accepted papers will be given later.

---------
The Symposium will be held at the Technical University Eindhoven, The
Netherlands. Further information about registration, lodging and travelling
will be found in the final announcement. For general information on the
